Navigate to the Google for Education Community Platform, create your profile if you are not already a member, and select the box: “Google Educator Group.”
Navigate to Google for Education Community Platforms site: https://www.googleforeducommunity.com/
- Select: Create an account
- Complete the registration form (which will be your profile)
- In the "Email" field, be sure to use your personal Gmail address.
- Select the Ed Leadership Program Hub.
- Select the box to join the community that best fits your role:
- Admin Community (designated for Technology Leaders)
- Leader Community (designated for Education Leaders)
- Higher Ed Community (designated for HE Leaders and Admin)
These Google Educator Groups (GEGs) are open communities for educators to explore the Google tools. Most are regionally based but some are global, and organized by topic.
The Google Educator Community is the platform – an online forum that allows a virtual space for open communities like GEGs to meet and collaborate.
The Reference Program is an invite-only program that recognizes independent schools, districts, colleges, and universities that exhibit deep, system-wide adoption of Google for Education tools and programs. Learn more by visiting the Reference Program page linked above.
